mLINQS Hires Steve Kovalenko to Direct Business Development for Federal Employee Relocation

FAIRFAX, VA – (October 2, 2018) – mLINQS, LLC today announced that Stephen E. Kovalenko has joined the company as its Director of Business Development. In this position, he is now responsible for account management and customer expansion of the company’s industry-leading system to manage federal agency employee relocation worldwide. Mr. Kovalenko previously worked for 22 years with FranklinCovey Company as its Enterprise Client Partner for the Departments of the Navy, Air Force, and Homeland Security.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Brigham Young University, and also has earned an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Mr. Kovalenko’s new responsibilities with mLINQS include working closely with the existing client base, while supporting development of new accounts. In addition, he will be deeply involved with evaluating client recommendations for system improvements. This system, moveLINQ, is currently used to support relocation expense management for the employees of over 40 federal agencies, including 11 of the 15 federal executive departments.
